MAFDA hosted their Annual Golf Outing on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025 and it was a great success! During this event, members had a chance to enjoy a day on the greens and the opportunity to network with peers in the fastener industry. The event kicked off with a great lunch provided by the club, then members golfed during the afternoon and evening. We ended the event with a fantastic happy hour, dinner, and raffle prizes.
We are also proud to say that we have raised over $250K since our inception for scholarships destined for students whose parents work in the Fastener industry. At the end of the event, two students received scholarships for 2025: Lauren Barr, attending Rutgers University, representing Stelfast Corporation, and Joshua Monteiro, attending the University of Massachusetts, representing Fall River Manufacturing. These scholarships will provide them the financial help to further their education and pursue their dream careers.
