Involved in the ‘family’ business (Lufasco, Lubker Fastener Company) since the age of 12 has provided opportunity to learn and understand all aspects of wholesale fastener distribution. An early hands-on developer of custom designed VMI supply programs – led to further involvement with Computer integration, ISO design and implementation, Warehouse Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management systems, and Wireless/Paperless warehouse processing. Automated Procurement processing and Value Added Sales development round out a career in fastener distribution spanning over 40 years.

Past President for one year for the MAFDA, have been a member since 6 months after MAFDA inception. Participated significantly in the Golf Outing (brought the initial industry specific trophy idea to MAFDA, since imitated by other fastener organizations), Web Site initial design, and overall Marketing, Advertising, and promotion of the MAFDA.
