Chuck Halpin has been an active member in the fastener community for over 4 decades with a strong background in testing and quality management. He has served as President of the Metropolitan association 3 times and the President of the Mid-Atlantic 3 times. Chuck was also the founding supplier member of the MAFDA.  In addition, he serves as the main liaison between the Fastener Industry Coalition and the MAFDA. Chuck is a past member of the NEFDA and the NFDA.
