Ed Johnson Senior was the son of Don F Johnson – Don Johnson Co. started in 1926 –

Don F Johnson & Sons started in the 1950’s – ED SR w/ his dad & his brother Bill were together in the Buffalo location until 1967.  Ed Sr. moved down to Norristown & started Johnson American Fastener working out of his house. Then in early 70’s moved to James St. in Norristown – then to 308 W. Main St. Norristown in late ’70’s. Business kept growing in the ’80’s & moved to current location in 1986 – 222 Haws Ave. Business continued to grow w/ Phil & ED JR and Ed Senior and is Still Growing today.

“Don Johnson was the greatest man I’ve ever known. My Dad only had to be half the man his father was to still be a great man. I believe he accomplished that & more during his lifetime. I’ve always told myself I’ve only got to be 1 third the man my grandfather was in order to be a great man in these modern times.
