In 1991, Lee Johnson, Jr. came to work with his father- Lee S. Johnson, Sr.- as a Manufacturer’s Representative in his agency. Lee was quickly assigned as an Outside Salesperson calling on fastener and industrial distributors in the states of PA, NJ, DE, MD, VA, and NY. His family has been in the fastener business since 1922 when his great grandfather started the Coatesville Plate Washer Co., so it was expected that he would join the fastener industry as well at some point. Lee was fortunate enough to work with his father for 8 years before his passing in 1998. 2024 will bring about the 40th anniversary of the company and the continuation of an agency founded on ethical values. Lee is proud to be part of the MAFDA organization and the great people who he has served with over the past 20 years as well as the dedicated people whom he serves with today.
