Freddy began his career in the Fastener Industry in the summer of 1995 for a small Fastener distributor Screws Unlimited.
In 2004, he started working for Heads and Threads International as a salesperson, quickly becoming one of the top salespeople in the company.
He then moved on in 2009 to further his career and started working for Stelfast Inc. as the Branch Manager. Stelfast slowly became one of the leading importers in the business.
Freddy has been an MAFDA board member since 2017 and in 2023 taken the role as President.
